Azerishiq — Official Portal & E-Services

About the project

Azerishiq is Azerbaijan's primary electricity distribution company, serving millions of customers nationwide. Together with the team, I worked on developing and optimizing the official website and e-service platforms.

Key features

• Customer portal — company information, news and access to all e-services
• E-services — debt inquiry, meter reading submission, online payments and connection requests
• Real-time outage map — interactive map of planned and emergency outages by region
• Personal cabinet — consumption history, invoices, payments and service management
• Call center integration — connecting the 199 service with the web platform

Outcome

The portal still serves millions of customers today and ranked first in the ASAN Service Index evaluation three years in a row.
